hello my name is Leslie Garrison and I'm the superintendent of the Fruitvale school district. We are definitely much more than we have a common scene the district all of our sites that we are the Fremont family and we truly are the female family sounds a little cliche but it's actually the truth it's not just a hashtag it's how we do business love our family we love our staff and we really truly do a half of course education in mind do our very best to make sure our students receive the most exceptional education available and that is by the collective efforts of our staff and we definitely hi I'm Jamie Farley and I teach kindergarten at Quail with I just wanted to thank Fruitvale for helping us become and stay leaders within education attending to conferences this year really reaffirms all of the hard work that we've been doing with science of reading and knowing that we were still leaders in education was pretty exciting to see hi my name is Laura Wells I am the mental health clinician for Fruitvale school district as of the 2324 school year I'm very very honored to be able to connect with families and really connect with these kiddos who who require additional care particularly surrounding their mental health I'm especially given the state stop the world and what so many kiddos really would all kiddos all of us have experienced with a pandemic and the aftermath of it happy to be here hi my name is Michelle Wilden I teach 6th wait here at quailwood in the Fruitvale school district this is my first year teaching in Fruitvale as a sixth grade teacher I am coming from a district that has over 53,000 students in one of the main things that I absolutely love and adore about Fruitvale is that we are such a small District that it allows us truly to be a family and really do what's right for all kids hi famous deaf in Denver during my time here at Endeavor I've learned that writing can be one of the most valuable instructional strategies I've teach social studies science and literature through the process of writing and I found that it isn't so much the final product of the writing that is as important as the process of getting my kids consistently right hello I'm out with organizing this student safety answers hi there I'm Bonnie Harden I am the pool tile store at Fruitvale Junior High we wanted to share with you a amazing opportunity that we have had for our parents here in the Fruitvale school district for the last 2 years right so we have a project which is a cricket Loom designed to help offer extra support to parents the community of parents that want extra support and we share ideas strategies like I said create a community of support this opportunity is available to all parents hi I'm Brandon and I teach Africa Junior High I've been teaching here first 16 years I teach world history u.s. history and a mock trial elective I also coach history day and this year I have a group performance team that is competing in the national competition in Washington DC Hi mrs. And then I teach the engineering robotic class at Fruitvale Junior High it is an amazing program where students can collaborate together on projects they learn leadership they work together and troubleshoot they really owned the whole project so through this we'd actually attend the world competition in Dallas this year and I hope to take the rest of my students to that point in future years Michelle danowski I am a 7th grade ELA teacher at Fruitvale Junior High is my first year here at the school district I came from a larger district and since being here I have just been welcomed to try new things and especially things that relate to my hobbies which is been great everyone seems to love the students and love what they're doing so it makes me just want to jump in and do that as well I feel supported and respected and I've had nothing but positive experiences since being here hi Keisha Walker I work at Columbia Elementary School as the PE teacher it's the best job around and I get to be outside and have fun and play with the students I've loving it here it's been a great lot of support from staff and the students I believe it's their favorite part of the day my name is Carly School District I'm able to be at Discovery Elementary and quailwood Elementary I love being at Fruitvale because I'm able to work with a huge support staff team that I always know a really caring and love our students I'm able to work with really great parents and families on a settlement in order to figure out services for their students I'm able to meet with students and all of our students across the district are really great he work really hard and I just left work and our team hi my name is Bob Helton I'm a 4th grade teacher here at Discovery we've been committed to walk to learn program here as well as in the Fruitvale school district as we are very very pleased with the success that we've had in raising our student achievement also to one of the things that I'm personally grateful for is I work with such a great team we work together we plan together every aspect of this program has been successful because we work together as a fourth grade hi my name is Darrell lawyer I'm a school psychologist at Discovery do you ever wake up and not want to go to work cuz I can honestly say I never feel that way I love coming into work I love the team I work with I love Discovery Elementary I love working with the families of the students that go here and there nothing that brings me more joy than a team coming together and helping a family and helping a student getting their education and making things better thank you what colors are definitely a formula the children are set and they're properly placed in one of four groups and there's an itch and then so we can assess them and we amazing child is definitely his. We've been moving them from groups moving them up instead of just be my son hi my name is Gina Rogers and I have two daughters here at 5th grader and a kindergartener and the last couple of years we've always had great experiences with her teacher I stopped and we couldn't have asked for a better team and they're very supportive and very just welcoming at the school and my name is Steve Rodriguez my to 7th grader at Fruitvale Junior High he's an English learner and Fruitvale has been able to prepare him for high school he's not tested with outage he's doing a great job he loves history is early morning pep8 did science fair and came in second in the county he works very hard in school there's homework connection images for my kids. He has to go to homework connect teacher helps him with his homework is well prepared for eighth grade and working on getting ready for high school is been a great experience for him and he's really learned a lot in the teachers are very supportive hi my name is Monica Miller and my son Austin is an eighth grade up for girls junior high this past year he was able to be a part of the robotics program and they actually made it to the World Championships in Dallas Texas and I just can't think for going after getting there soon opportunities like this that is going to give them their past to their future hi my name is Melissa Smith and I am a mother of a football student or several for both students for the pass 12 years our experience with the district and Columbia especially has been a great one I have no recollection of anything that I've ever had a problem and compared to other districts that we have been involved in I think they are superior my name is Melissa Branson Enterprise in second grade at Discovery Elementary in the special education program is extremely preparing a school or confident walking into an IEP meeting or doing everything they possibly can for your travel to achieve our goals we are our son is today apples for him and making this a pleasant experience I'm Isaac and Brittany we have two boys and their grade and sixth grade at I would like Columbia so much they've been when we moved we kept our kids in this school just because of everything they offer hello my name is Lynette Krikorian and my daughter is finishing second grade at Endeavor my husband we both love and ever so I know they have great teacher and very very supporting up. They're they're always supporting my daughter and I'm a happy that sounds are there he's studying there hi my name is Julissa and I have two kids here my oldest one is in third grade and Miss IDs class and my little one is in Tek here with mr. Nelson and I cannot be are grateful for the community and the staff and even the parents involvement here at Columbia and so grateful and it's been great that have been here for all these years and they shall do with the district as well for just things I pulled all the questions I've had and it's been right here this is a nice you're having children in the Fruitvale district and I better see how the Three Bears I have seen a stopped work tirelessly to make virtues are set up for Success whether that means sitting or helping me hoping in a  head move ahead in the curriculum has worked tirelessly to make sure that our kids hi there my name is Katie kreiser in I have a parent of a few current students and one future students for the Fruitvale school district we have had some amazing experiences so far from great field trip to Via positivity project the teacher is the admin and all the staff have six packing for the students and it really shows 42 and three year olds my daughter started kindergarten wonderful people to work with and environment this is a fun place to go to school open house and it's a blast bedtime NFL opener full because now we have a little bit and when more about your robot here.
