Student Study Team

The Student Study Team (SST) is a school site team, including the parents, which reviews an individual student's strengths and areas of concern. The SST is a function of the general education program and can be scheduled to support any student. Student Study Teams are scheduled to support students with health, academic, behavior or other concerns.  Parents, administrators or teachers may request that a SST be scheduled for a student.  The SST plans strategies and organizes resources for addressing student needs and concerns. The SST may suggest accommodations and/or modifications to the student's program, provide support from District staff and/or refer the student for a special education assessment.
